To maintain the best whitening results and your smile bright for longer, we recommend to limit the consumption of staining foods and beverages. Foods which might cause tooth discoloration include: coffee, wine, black tea, tomato sauce, soy sauce, curry, dark berries. We recommend using a straw when drinking dark-coloured drinks and brushing (or rinsing with water) after consuming the above mentioned products.
