These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Smileo Teeth Whitening OU.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Order

After you have made a decision to place the order, you will need to fill up your order information to the order form.
We will need your full name, home address, postal code and the city, email address and a phone number.
After you have filled up the order information, you can continue to the payment.
Please note, that you will have to be over 18 years old to be able to place the order.

All prices are in Euros (€).

2. Payment

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

3. Delivery

We ship worldwide.

The order handling time is 1-3 days and the shipping is normally around 2-7 days. The longest possible shipping is up to 2 weeks (14 days).
Our packages are shipped in collaboration with Omniva for Estonia and GLS for International shipping, which means your package will be shipped to the closest pick-up point to your home.

4. Returns policy

If you consider that an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, you must first email help@thesmileo.com and describe your problem.

As a customer you have the right to return your order in 14 days.
The right to return is valid 14 days starting from the day of the pick-up.

In case of return, you will have to inform us to the email address: help@thesmileo.com.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). In this case the cost of the delivery will lay down on us.

Also a package that has not been picked up on time and has been returned to us by the shipping company, will be counted as a returned order.

Returning the product

After you inform us about the order, you have 14 days to return the goods to our warehouse.
The return costs will be paid by you, and it will be your responsibility to return the good undamaged.
Damaged goods will not be refunded.

The condition of the returned product

You will be responsible of returning the goods undamaged.
The refund always depends of the condition of the returned good.
The products will have to be returned in their original packages.
Please contact us, if you want to place a return!

Money will be returned to the customer not later than after 14 days.

All rights regarding the refund or repairing the product will be reserved by Smileo.
Any issues, questions or applications regarding the guarantee will have to be sent in ”reasonable time” after receiving the product.
If you contact us in 60 days after the product has been received, the complaint is always legitimate.
If the complaint is justifiable, we will be refunding the (reasonable) shipping costs.
The product will always have to be returned in it’s original package.
